Customer returns (RMA)

We have extensive experience with return processing:
- Returns are handled within 4 hours of entry (SLA).
- You receive a report of the received and processed returns automatically.
- Returns can be tested, sealed or repackaged.
- An prepaid postage number is available for all our clients.
- Consumers can return returns efficiently through more than 750 collection, or delivery points in the Netherlands.
- Also in Belgium, we have solutions to return via a delivery point.
- In Germany we have our own local return address.
- All returns are recorded with a reason for return. Of these, you will receive a report automatically.
